Shipping
Every order ships free within the US. The price you see is the price you pay. No surprise fees at checkout.
A heads-up so it doesn't catch you off guard: most of our products ship directly from our makers, not from a warehouse down the street. That means orders usually take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. A few items, like the leather cover, can take up to 4 weeks. It's slower than next-day delivery, and we know that. We'd rather tell you now than have you checking your porch every afternoon. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Here's the part we don't take lightly: in a world of next-day everything, you're choosing to wait.
That wait means something.
Your order isn't going to a giant warehouse. It's going to one mom building something for other moms: circles, support, a little more village for the ones who don't have one nearby. So thank you for your patience.
You're not just getting something for yourself. You're supporting one of us.
Digital Products
The Self-Care Assessment is an instant download. You'll get it right after checkout. No waiting on this one. Because it's digital, it can't be returned once downloaded, but if something is wrong with your file, tell me and I'll fix it.
Returns and damaged items
If something arrives damaged, broken, or not what you ordered, email us at nitucircles@gmail.com within [14] days of delivery with a quick photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund. No hoops.
Because items ship directly from our makers, we can't accept returns on items you simply changed your mind about. But as always, I want you to be satisfied, so reach out within [7] days and we'll talk it through.
