1. Who we are This store is run by Nitu, a small, mom-run business. You can reach us anytime at nitucircles@gmail.com.

2. Orders and pricing All prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the US. When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming it. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product becomes unavailable, if there's a clear pricing error, or if we can't ship to your address.

3. Products We do our best to describe and photograph everything accurately. Because our products are made and shipped by our makers, small differences in color, size, or packaging can happen, and screens show colors differently.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping times, damaged items, and our return policy are covered on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.
 
5. Digital products Digital products, like the Self-Care Assessment, are for your personal use. Please don't resell, share, or redistribute them. You're welcome to print copies for yourself.
 
6. Not medical or professional advice Our products and content, including the Self-Care Assessment, are tools for reflection and everyday life. They aren't medical, mental health, or professional advice, and they don't replace care from a qualified professional.
 
7. Our content The text, images, and designs on this site belong to Nitu or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.
 
8. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, Nitu isn't liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using this site or our products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
 
9. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are covered by the terms in place when you placed them.
